Hunt Media was founded in 2007 and is the design hub for graphic artist, Scott Hunt. Scott has worked in photography and graphic design for over a decade and served clients from around the world in branding, print design, web design and photography.

The goal of Hunt Media and Scott’s work has always been to provide a platform to imagine, design and create visual stories that cultivate healthy relationships between clients and the world around them. Whether that means images and layouts that clearly communicate a service to those who need it, artwork to beautifully express the hopes and goals of an organization to the world or ideas to creatively share a client’s dreams, Scott has artistic and technical skills that he hopes can bring clarity and beauty to your message and your work.

“I’ve been doing this for quite a while now. I’ve worked with a lot of different people in a lot of different industries. It’s given me a deeper appreciation for others and the value of what they do. And in each instance the goal is to communicate more and to communicate better; which is something I’ve come to love about design.

At its best it really is about better relationships. Sometimes it can seem like marketing and advertising are all about smoke and mirrors and distraction and deception– and no doubt those things can seep in sometimes, as they can in all relationships. But when it comes down to it, what people really long for is to connect and connect in such a way that they can share the good of their lives, their dreams, their plans and hopes to make the world a better place.

Perhaps it sounds naive or corny, but that’s what I hope to be a part of when I design. I hope to offer what skills I have been given to help give voice and form to the beautiful and the unique and the delightful that others have inside them.”

Process

The first step in our working process is of course to contact Scott. After that we can chat about some basic questions around your project, Scott can work out an estimate of cost and you discuss any budget limitations you may have. Once everyone’s comfortable with that phase we can begin the work. With most types of projects Scott will build a design example for you to look at. You will have an opportunity to request any alterations you might like and then once we have your approval on the design we’ll either launch it (if it’s a web based project) or send it to you or your printer (if it is a print based project). It’s that simple.

Pricing

Of course one of the most common questions is, “How much will it cost?” Obviously price depends on each project and the type of work it entails. However, to a degree the work can be tailor to a client’s budget. Design work takes time and the more time spent on a design the higher quality it will be. But sooner or later one must make an end and Scott can adjust the amount of design honing done on a project based on your budget.
